A 70-bedroom nursing and dementia care home in Hampshire. This scheme sits to the north of a busier road but is well shielded by a mature tree-line, allowing privacy and noise mitigation. By bringing vehicular traffic into the site from the north east corner, we have allowed space to create a larger south-facing garden that will enjoy the best sunlight, filtered through the mature trees. The building’s entrance is centrally positioned to allow two care groups on the ground and first floors, with a final care group on the second floor within the roof space. A detailed planning application is due to be submitted in H2 2024.
